We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible; we generally ship within 1-2 business days, however due to large influxes of orders, processing can occasionally take 3-5 business days.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs fees or any other reason, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and customs charges incurred. These charges will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned items.
